It includes 29 plots and 23 texts. Some of them are considered rare for Russian folklore repertoire. The collection fell out of the regard of researchers because of doubts as to its folkloric authenticity. The results of folklore and linguistic study represented in this publication verify the fact of the folklore authenticity of the 19th century collection. Appendices, comments, indices.
