This is the fifth volume of the series “Pushkin and his Contemporaries” published by the Pushkin Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It continues the tradition of two other series of academic publications: Pushkin i ego Sovremenniki (1903-1930) and Vremennik Pushkinskoi Komissii (1963-1996).
