Sergei Borisov collects modern city folklore, in particular handwritten girl stories about love. He was the first explorer of this naive artistic form. This book publishes stories collected by Borisov arranged by their genres: stories without a tragic end, with a tragic end of one of the characters, and the death of both characters. The collection of publications is provided by an introduction by S. Borisov and E. Kuleshov, as well as an afterword on the history of plots and genre of girl handwritten stories by T. Kitanina.
