This volume continues the series Political Parties of Russia: Documentary Heritage. The book contains minutes of the meetings of the All-Russian National Center, a leading political organization of liberal opposition to the Bolshevik regime in the years of the Civil War. Having united liberal and conservative-liberal forces within its ranks, this organization claimed the role of ideological and political center of the White Movement in different regions of the country. Also included are statutes, drafts, and resolutions of this organization, its appeals and statements, as well as materials of their interrogations in the VChK. All together these documents illuminate the scale and direction, strategic and tactical landmarks of Russian liberals in 1918-1920. Most of the documents are published for the first time.
