This lecture is for graduate students of the Academy of Interior Affairs on the history of the court system in Siberia in the pre-Revolutionary period. The Court reform of 1864 came to Siberia with a considerable delay, and was implemented with some modifications. The author shows the differences in court organization and procedures from the corresponding organs in the European part of Russia at the same period. Bibliographic references.
