This book is about the political culture of the Russian Inteligentsiia of the end of 19th - beginning of 20th centuries, its historical and theoretical roots. According to the author, Russia is in a political situation which is very similar to the one in 1905: the abolition of censorship, the appearance of parliamentary democracy, declared but unfinished reforms. The author analyzes romantic and ideological political views of the Intelligentsia, which he calls political mysticism. Bibliography.
