Chapter II, "Moslem Centers of Influence," describes the spiritual administration of the Moslems in the European part of the UIS and in Siberia, Tatarstan, Dagestan, Saratov and Volgograd regions; Islamic Party of Revival, etc. This chapter also covers Roman Catholic and Protestant organizations as well as Jewish synagogues and congregations.
