This is a collection of works by the historian of the Russian North Evgenii Vasil`evich Kuznetsov (1848-1911). After resigning from his government office, he became the editor of Tobol`skie Gubernskie Novosti where he published some of his works on the history of the city of Tobol`sk. The book is printed on excellent paper.
