This book, written in Russia and published in 1920, is the second book of his trilogy "Introduction to the Philosophy of Law". The main subject of this work sound very modern: a law based state (pravovoe gosudarstvo), its essence and fate in the 18th-early 20th centuries. The book consists of two parts: Crisis of the theory of the law based state; Crisis of the theory of individualism.
