This volume consists of two books. The first one is about the life and poetry of the great Georgian poet Titsian Tabidze (1895-1937), including his friendship with Boris Pasternak. Tabidze died in a Stalin prison. The book was first published in 1971 with many cuts. This is the first uncensored and complete publication of the book. G.M. Tsurikova (1928-2009) spent several years of her life writing this book and collecting translations of Tabidze`s poems into Russian.
