The first chapter describes the general problem of poetic grammar: correlation and interaction of lexics and grammar in the compositional structure of verse. Chapter two includes studies in temporal composition and structural-communicative aspects of semiotic organization of text. Chapter three describes grammatical phenomena in the individual styles of Russian poets: A. Blok, Viach. Ivanov, N. Zabolotskii. The series is prepared by scholars from the V. Vinogradov Institute of Russian Language. This book is intended for all who study the language of poetry and fiction as well as Russian grammar.
