This book is a biography of Aksel Ivanovich Berg (1893-1979), a Soviet scientist and navy admiral (engineer), who made a significant contribution to the development of Russian radio electronics and cybernetics. He participated in WWI, was repressed in the 1930s, released, was assistant to minister of defense under N.A. Bulganin and Khrushchev, the founder and the leader of Military-Naval Institute of Communication and the Institute of Electronic at the Academy of Sciences. (0.295 kg.)
