This book is about Nikolai Borisovich Iusupov (1751-1831), who is known as a patron and expert of many arts, as the owner of the estate Mikhailovskoe near Moscow. This book presents the other side of this person. It shows Iusupov as a successful land owner, bold financier and industrialist, diligent real estate owner.
