This book presents a new view on the tragedy of the Leningrad blockade. According to its author, there was no defense of the city, but only a continuous attack by the Red Army, that was bloody and ineffective. The armies which participated in this massacre were never prepared for defense or ordered to defend the city. The losses in this three-year long battle surpassed even the most dreadful Rzhev Meatgrinder ("miasorubka"). (0.335 kg.)
