This book is a memoir of its editor and publisher Petr Veiner (1897-1931) on the history of the magazine and critical materials in it. It is provided with bibliographical references. N.N. Vrangel was one of the leading contributors to this periodical. The memoir was written in political exile (city of Liuban) where the author was deprived from his personal archive.
