The outstanding Russian poet and writer Boris Pasternak (1890-1960) took a course on logic offered by Herman Cohen, the head of the Marburg neo-Kantian logic school at St. Philip College, in Marburg in 1912. This summer became a turning point in his life. This fact was reflected in his correspondence and poems. One of them, "Marburg" was published in his book "Poverkh Bar`erov" (1917). The current book is a collection of materials of the first meeting of the Commission on Pasternak. The topic of the first meeting was commenting on the poem "Marburg", by B. Pasternak and analysis of the most significant works about this poem and the place of Marburg in Pasternak`s life. (0.375 kg.)
