The new series “Pushkin and his Contemporaries” is published by the Pushkin Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It continues the traditions of two other series of academic publications: Pushkin i ego Sovremenniki (1903-1930) and Vremennik Pushkinskoi Komissii (1963-1996). The main goal of the commission is the preparation of a new academic collected works of A. Pushkin. This issue includes memoirs about the poet by V. Dal`, correspondence between the two philologists M. Alekseev and V. Manuilov, materials on Pushkin and Russian Orthodoxy, etc. Standing order is available.
