This is the first collection of the works of Russian philosopher and teacher, founder of the Irkutsk University, Moisei Rubinshtein (1878-1953). He was a pupil of German philosopher Genrich Rickert (1863-1936). He completed his doctoral thesis in Germany in 1905, and returned to Russia in anticipation of social changes. The first volume of the collection includes his main work "On the Meaning of Life" where he surpassed the teachings of French and German existentialism. The second volume includes his works on the history of Russian and foreign philosophy. Bibliography.
