This book is a collection of theoretical and ideological articles by Vitalii Tret`iakov (b. 1953), a professional political analyst and theoretician, editor of several periodicals (sequentially and sometimes simultaneously), including: the magazines Political Class, Nezavisimaia Gazeta, Rossiiskaia Gazeta, and Moskovskie Novosti. This collection taken together presents ideologems, strategems and values that are very popular in Russian ruling class, which are presented in this work as Russian national values and interests.
