This is the first edition without censorial excisions of the memoirs of the soviet commander-in-chief of aviation in WWII Aleksandr Golovanov (1904-1975). He made a career from colonel to marshal in less than four years, the only case, during the war. He succeeded in every business he started. However, he was dismissed from his office in 1948 and transferred to the reserves in 1953. His services to his country were forgotten, but he still was luckier then his peers because he remained free and did not die in camps. This book was published first in 2004 with significant cuts. This new edition is uncensored. "I ask you to give me a chance to publish this book. I take full responsibility that it is the truth.”
