Georgii Malenkov (1902-88), the chairman of the Council of Ministers in 1953-55, a member of Stalin`s inner circle, unlike other communist leaders, is considered by some historians as "a man without a biography" who does not deserve our attention. The author of this book does not agree with this opinion. This is the most detailed biography of the third leader of the USSR with emphasis on the three most important years of his career: 1953-55.
