The collective of contributors to this book starts with acknowledgement that the country known as the Russian Federation is doomed to be a supplier of natural resources for the rest her life if the country won`t change the course of its economic and social development. A group of Russian intellectuals created a new ideology and program for Russia which they called "The Russian doctrine". The contributors analyze the results of recent reforms, find them very unsatisfactory, and formulate new goals and strategies.
