Language: RussianThis book is a collection of papers presented at the international conference "Aleksandr Vvedenskii in the context of the world avant-garde" in Belgrade (Serbia) in 2004. Aleksandr Vvedenskii (1904-1941) was a member of the group OBERIU (which stands for Ob`edinenie Real`nogo Iskusstva [Union for True Art]), the last artistic group of the Russian avant-garde, created in 1927. He was arrested in 1931 along with other writers as "a member of an anti-soviet literary group" and then released. He was arrested again in 1941 and died in transit to prison. His two-volume selected works were published in America and Russia. Also included in this volume are articles on the subject and a chronography of Vvedenskii`s life.
