This book, first published in 1926, provides twelve memoirs about the October revolution of 1917, a crucial moment in world history, written by those who opposed it: the head of the Provisional Government A. Kerenskii, constitutional democrat P. Miliukov, generals A. Denikin and P. Krasnov, Menshevik leaders F. Dan, Sinegub, S. Korenev, commissar of the Provisional Government (March-November 1917) B. Stankevich, S. An-skii, A. Dem`ianov, Boris Sokolov. The authors give their eyewitness testimony on what really happened. Supplement includes documents on the events of October 25-26, 1917 in Petrograd. These documents were captured by the White Army when they took over Kiev in 1919.
