This book is a collection of children’s folk verses and chastushkas with musical versions of the 19th-20th centuries collected on the territory of old Muscovy which is approximately Moscow and Moscow Oblast. The volume includes about 1,648 entries of different genres, many of the entries never published before. One chapter contains scores to the music records of the children’s folklore of the twentieth century from the Moscow archives. Comments and toponymic dictionary.
