Aleksandr Grin (Grinevskii, 1880-1932), a sailor, former EsEr, prisoner, and wanderer, lived in poverty most of his life and could be satisfied with a very little. He started to write at school and continued writing for his whole life. He was an outlaw before and after the revolution for different reasons.
