He was shot in 1919 for his pro-Russian orientation. This book is a collection of his articles on Ukrainian separatism up to 1912. It continues the new series of publications by the Orthodox Center of Imperial Political Studies. Forward and afterword by the compiler of this book and this series Mikhail Smolin. The first book in the series, Men`shikov, M.O. Natsional`naia Imperiia (2004), is also available.
