Messner (1891-1974). During the Civil War of 1918-22, Messner served as the chief of staff in the Russian army led by General P. Vrangel. According to the author, industrialization also brought the phenomenon of the mass army and total military mobilization. Society became in a sense a military organization. Messner was one of the first who recognized this fact on the example of Bolshevik Russia, and predicted that partisanship, global terrorism, rebels will spread over the world and dictate their will to the rest of the population. This book includes over 50 of his works related to the concept "The world Miatezhvoina". Comments, name index. The series is published by the Solzhenitsyn Fond started in 1992.
