Memoirs of two White Army officers who fought in the Civil war in Russia and Mongolia under the command of Baron Roman Fedorovich Ungern-Stenberg (1885-1921), who was one of the most extraordinary figures of the Civil War. A bitter enemy of revolution and liberalism, working towards the restoration of monarchy and the traditional social order, Baron left a noticeable mark on the history of both countries.
