How to Pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, International Money Orders in US$, and checks drawn on US banks. All payments must be in US $.
We accept payments via paypal (www.paypal.com) which is an Internet clearing service. Direct payments to: payments@panrus.com.

All orders from outside the USA must be prepaid with the exception of academic institutions. We can invoice orders from within the United States and from academic institutions.

Massachusetts customers please add 5% sales tax.

Shipping and handling charges

Returns

We accept returns for orders within the USA within 15 days less postage and a 6% processing fee. For orders outside the USA we accept returns only for defective products.

Panorama of Russia does not accept returns on firm orders/specific title orders unless an item is received in damaged condition or received in error. Please notify Panorama of Russia by e-mail if you received an item damaged or in error, at info@panrus.com. We do accept returns for blanket orders - refer to the Book Services section of our site, or just send an email to info@panrus.com .

If books are returned from discounted orders, except for damage or defects, the order must remain above the discount limit or the discount terms will change and you will be charged for the difference.

Standing Orders
Panorama of Russia accepts standing orders from individuals and organizations for series, annuals, multi-volume publications, and other continuing publications

Approval Plans

Panorama of Russia accepts approval plans from libraries and other organizations.

Please provide a list subject/field/class (Library of Congress or others) with your budget allocation for each.

What is a preferable proportion among approval items for undergraduates, graduate/doctoral students, professors and researchers?

What kinds of materials and in what proportion would you like to order: books, CDs, DVDs, maps, diskettes, etc?

Would you like us to include continuing publications in your approval plan, or will you order them outside the plan? What would be the appropriate procedure for us to start a continuing publication (multi-volume publication or series) within the approval plan?

What is the limit for the price of a single book above which you want us to request your approval?

What is your preferred schedule for shipping approval items: monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly?

Approval plan policies

Continuing publications
When you have placed Standing Orders with Panorama of Russia, those series are automatically excluded from Approval coverage. If you provide us with a list of series you do not want us to cover either because you already receive them, or because the entire series is not suitable for your collection we can exclude them from the plan.

Profile adjustment
We encourage profile adjustments as often as needed.

Approval Plan Returns
All titles supplied on approval are returnable without permission. Returns must be received by Panorama of Russia within 60 days of invoice date, and must be in saleable and unmarked condition. All returns must quote the original invoice number and the reason for return.

Panorama of Russia offers most non-fiction Russian bestsellers.
