The analytical report is arranged by country, and follows the same plan (content): constitutional articles, division of power between federal and local levels; role of the courts; international agreements on human rights and their place in national practice; laws; slander; intervention into private life; insulting of officials; state secrets, election, etc.
This is a collection of sixteen sources on the Common Law of three peoples of the Central Asia: the Kazakh, Kyrgiz and Turkmen. The documents issued in 19th-early 20th centuries are divided into three chapters: Collections of norms, precedents and traditions which have legal power; Trials, the rulings and judgements of Kazakh, Kyrgiz and Turkmen courts of biis; Reports and instructions of the Russian imperial administration officers on local courts and legal traditions in Central Asia.
