These two people met each other in 1968, several days after the USSR occupied Czechoslovakia and had a close relationship until Solzhenitsyn`s exile in 1974. Roi Medvedev (b. 1925) looks into their ideas and their actions which changed the Russian destiny and the attitude of the Russian people of their generation.
