This annual, started in 1957, is devoted to the study of early texts and historical sources, archives, and historiography. This issue commemorates the 40th anniversary of Archeographic Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the 90th anniversary of Pushkinskii Dom, the 65th anniversary of the Historico-Archival Institute RGGU. It contains works on various sources on history from 16th century to the present, publications of new documents from archives and museum collections, works written by the well known historians S. Platonov, D. Riazanov, M. Pokrovskii, N. Chulkov, A. Amosov, etc., reviews, bibliographies. Some previous issues of the annual are available.
