In 1918-19 the White Army with help of Entente allies successfully overturned the Soviet power in the Far East, and created the short lived Far Eastern Republic with its capital in Omsk, led by admiral A. V. Kolchak (1873-1920). This is a collection of 87 legislative documents (decrees, declarations, leaflets, etc.) present possible alternative ways of development of Russian statehood that did not happen.
