The next volume in the series Book Centers of Old Rus is about book/manuscript collections and writers (knizhniks) of one of the oldest Russian Monasteries of the Russian North: Kirillo-Belozerskii. Monk Kirill (1337-1427) founded his own monastery in 1397 in Belozer`e, which became the largest center of spiritual life during his lifetime.
