This book by historian of Russian medicine M.Iu. Lakhtin (1869-1932) is about old Russian medical manuscripts, in particular the manuscript Blagoprokhladnyi Vertograd (Garden of Health) in 1534, which was based on the German botanical encyclopedia by Ioann von Kube and other sources. The original manuscript is by Nikolai Biulev, physician to the Russian Tsar Vasilli III. The current book includes word-by-word description of the three 18th century versions of "Prokhladnyi Vertograd". (0.235 kg.). Also available: Biulev, N.
