Major-General of the Wehrmacht V.A. Khol`mston-Smyslovskii (1897-1988) is one of the most known Russian collaborationists. Born to a noble family he fought in the Civil War in the White Army, emigrated and became a German intelligence officer. During WW2 he was the head of the intelligence division Osobyi Shtab "Rossiia" which became the core of the First Russian National Army.
