The author of this book has been a deputy in the last four Russian Dumas, once the chairman of the State Duma committee on National Security. Viktor Iliukhin (d.2011) was a sponsor of several important bills on Russian law enforcement organs and secret services: Criminal Code on Arms, On the Counter-Intelligence Service, On the Federal Security Service, Antiterrorist fight, etc. He was a prosecutor in a Public Tribunal of the last President of the USSR, M. Gorbachev, and the first president of Russia, B. El`tsin. He also criticized the current Russian president V. Putin. He wrote in his book "Putin: The Truth which is better not to know": I will not survive the third president. His unexpected death in 2011 was one of several strange deaths in recent Russian history, which has raised many suspicions.
