This is the first book of diaries of Lavrentii Beria on Soviet history in 1937-1941. The diaries were ordered to be destroyed by Nikita Khrushchev, but a photocopy was saved by Beriia`s secret allies. There is an opinion that the dairy is a fake. The second person in command after Stalin he was nor only his "right hand" and "never sleeping eye" but also the manager of all defense industries during WWII.
