This is a new volume of selected works by the outstanding Russian philosopher and classicist Aleksei Losev (1893-1988). Collected in this volume are the works published in 1920-30s. They show how really wide was the sphere of his interests, which were later suppressed by government control and KGB persecutions. This volume includes the following works: Philosophy of the Name; Dialectics of Myth; Samoe Samo; Music as an Object of Logic; Dialectics of Number according to Plotinus. Dialectics of Myth is published in its restored state for the first time: it was confiscated and hidden for seventy years in the KGB Archives. The previous volumes of the selected works are also available.
