Morozov (1854-1946), one of the leaders of party Narodnaia Volia (People`s will) published his book "Christ" in 1932 which laid the basis for the ongoing discussion in Russian historiography. Morozov questioned the traditionally accepted chronology of the Ancient world. His followers, M. Postnikov, A. Fomenko et al. created a new chronology in which they repudiate all ancient and medieval history as mere forgery and falsification. This theory gained enormous popularity in Russia and some notoriety and support in the foreign press. This book, a part of Morozov`s multivolume publication "Christ", includes his analysis of the astronomic witnesses in Russian chronicles and his new version of the ancient and medieval Russian history based on these facts.
