This is the story of two presidents. The first is Vladimir Voronin, president of Moldova. The second, Francois Duvalier was the president of Haiti. The author makes parallels between these two presidents in the sense that both turned the state they governed into money making machine for their families. The book aims to show that the Voronin`s family dictatorship should not be tolerated in twenty-first century Europe.
