Odoevtseva (Iraida Ivanova, 1885-1990) was a member of the poetic group "Tsekh Poetov" and "Zvuchashchaia Rakovina". In 1923 she left Russia with her husband, the poet Georgii Ivanov. Among the heroes of these memoirs are: V. Briusov, I. Bunin, G. Ivanov, N. Gumilev, V. Khodasevich, Dm. Merezhkovskii, A. Remizov, and people, who are less well known, like the Rubisov family, A. Shimanskii, D. Solozhev, etc. Also included are poems of I. Odoevtseva and G. Ivanov addressed to each other (pp. 355-465). Illustrated with photographs from the Ivanitskaia`s home archive.
