This is a collective monograph by professors of one of the most prestigious economics schools in Russia, Vysshaia Shkola Ekonomiki. The Russian Code of Labor allows specific forms of employment with several exceptions to the rule. The Russian reality demonstrates a wide spectrum of forms of employment, many of them are different from the standards and from allowed exceptions.
