Critics of the national nihilism of Russian liberals

This is the second extended and updated edition of the book published in 2003 and named Rossiiu Pora Doverit` Russkim: Kritika Natsional`nogo Nigilizma Rossiiskikh Liberalov [It is time to trust Russia to Russians]. Aleksandr Tsipko (b. 1941), a former official of the propaganda department of the Central Committee of VLKSM, an active participant in the intellectual political battles of the late 1980s-1990s, a political adviser to the Gorbachev Foundation, analyzes the moving forces of the August Democratic revolution of 1991. This collection includes his current writings of 1991-2004 where he consistently criticizes the platform of Russian democrats, and now "liberals". The author characterizes this political force as "neo-bolshevism" for their methods of social change and also shows that they are transforming modern Russia into a western colony.
