The Russian Orthodox Church Abroad has a long dialog with the Moscow Patriarchy, and broader with the Russian Orthodox Church in Russia, about their possible reunification. This book is about the history of the division between these two churches, their points of disagreement, recent activities of both sides, negotiations among church hierarchs and their results. Mikhail Nazarov (b. 1948), is publisher of the historiosophian series The Russian Idea, vice-chairman of the Monarchist Union of Russian Emigration, lives in Russia.
