Viktor Toporov (1946-2013) is a critic, translator of Byron and Goethe, editor-in-chief of the publishing house Limbus Press, and the founder of the Russian book awards National Bestseller and of Appolon Grigor`ev. He collected his recent current writings about post-El`tsin Russia published in Russian periodicals.
