The last decade was a time of revising and rewriting of many Russian laws. This collective monograph attempts to put into a system the new and old Russian legislation. It gives general characteristics of the recent legislation, analyses its basic features and trends of development, defines the concept and basic forms of systematization of current legislation. The authors pay attention to the characteristic features of normative acts subject to systematization, formulation of drafts of future codes of laws, history of systematization of legislation in Russia and in a number of foreign countries.
