Nikolai Aleksandrovich Setnitskii (1888-1937) belonged to the active-Christian branch of Russian cosmism which considers the arts as a life forming activity. This series includes new materials on relations of Russian literature of the 19th-20th centuries with Russian nationalistic philosophical thought. This first volume includes the main philosophical works of Setnitskii, his correspondence with N. Berdiaev, K. Chkheidze, A. Gorskii, M. Gor`kii, V. Murav`ev, and P. Suvchinskii.
